Refund & Cancellation Policy

PRODUCTS

All product sales—including supplements, compounded medications, wellness items, and retail goods—are final, non‑refundable, and non‑returnable. Due to safety, regulatory, and quality‑control requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including unopened items or changes in personal preference.

If a product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt, you must notify us within 48 hours for review. THRYV Collective reserves the right to determine whether a replacement is warranted.

SERVICES

All scheduled services reserve dedicated provider time and resources. To protect the availability of care for all clients:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must occur at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late‑cancellation fee of $50.
  • No‑show appointments are charged at the full service rate, without exception.

Service fees cover provider time, evaluation, and access to care—not treatment outcomes. Fees are non‑refundable, regardless of clinical eligibility, treatment response, or personal satisfaction.

TREATMENT PACKAGES, PROGRAMS & MEMBERSHIPS

Payments for packages, programs, or memberships are non‑refundable once purchased.

Unused sessions, credits, or benefits:

  • May not be refunded, transferred, or converted to other services,
  • Expire according to the terms provided at purchase, and
  • Are not eligible for prorated refunds if you discontinue participation.

MEDICAL SERVICES

All medical services are provided by licensed medical providers. Fees associated with consultations, evaluations, prescriptions, or treatments are for professional time and clinical judgment and are not refundable, regardless of treatment outcome, eligibility determinations, or changes in personal circumstances.

THRYV Collective does not guarantee results, and no refunds will be issued based on perceived or actual treatment effectiveness.

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & DISPUTES

By booking or purchasing, you authorize THRYV Collective to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including late‑cancellation or no‑show charges.

Initiating a chargeback for services rendered or time reserved may result in suspension of future services until resolved.

PROCESSING TIME

In the limited situations where a refund is approved, processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

POLICY UPDATES

THRYV Collective may modify this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase or booking applies.
